About the Engage digital account and Visa debit card

Engage is a fair and ethical digital account and contactless Visa debit card that works just like a high street current account, but with no hidden fees or unexpected costs.

Engage is the only account exclusive to Credit Unions and their members.

Regular funds, or a Credit Union loan, are easily be paid directly into your Engage account. Once funds are received you can immediately access cash from an ATM, shop online or instore using your contactless Visa debit card, pay your bills and easily manage your money with the Engage digital mobile app.

You can get an application form at any of our branches, online or by calling our head office 01305 268444. Once the Engage card has been issued you can activate it and obtain your PIN easily by phone or text. To load your Engage digital account with funds you must contact our head office 01305 268444. You must have a mobile phone or email address in order to activate the card.

You can check you balance and transactions on the Engage Mobile app, online, by text or over the telephone.
